Rainbow Yoga and Cake Club

Friday 6th March 7:30-9:30pm


An evening of yoga, community and cake organised by Rainbow Running and Yoga Club.


-75 minutes of nourishing, restorative yoga taught by Stephanie in the beautiful studio space above Hertford Coffee Lab.-Prosecco (with non-alcoholic option available)-Plenty of cake-A gorgeous goodie bag of treats to take home with you
Rainbow Running & Yoga Club is a community of women who have experienced baby loss and or infertility, who meet across the country for a run, a walk, a jog (or a mixture of all three) or an hour of restorative yoga and then enjoy some delicious cake!
​Founder Lucy says: “This isn’t a club that any of us imagined finding ourselves in when we thought of having a family, but if it is somewhere you find yourself, then please know that you are not alone.
The purpose of the Rainbow Running & Yoga Club is to create a group where we can share our stories, where we can support each other, help to re build our confidence and where we can help to break to silence surrounding baby loss and infertility.”

Pregnancy Mini-Retreat with Stephanie Lundy and Azeeta Nielsen,

Saturday 21st March 11am-3pm


This half-day retreat brings together yoga and hypnobirthing; empowering you to move into pregnancy, birth and beyond with confidence and joy. You’ll leave feeling fully rested, more calm and more connected to your changing body and growing baby.

Your pregnancy mini-retreat includes:

  • Yoga, breathwork and meditation for pregnancy and birth with Stephanie Lundy Yoga
  • A birth, bumps and beyond Q&A; introduction to hypnobirthing and hypnobirthing relaxation with birth doula, NCT and hypnobirthing teacher Azeeta Nielsen
  • A light lunch and sweet treat, lovingly designed for growing bumps by Chef Naturelle

Mum & Baby Yoga 6 Week Course

Every Thursday from 23rd April 10:30-11:45am


Find time for you again. Be fully present for 50 minutes as you move and connect with your new baby. 50 minutes of yoga specifically designed to nourish the postnatal body followed by 10 minutes (or as long as you need!) for tea, cake and adult conversation. Each class includes poses to relieve aching muscles, slowly rebuild pelvic floor and core strength and improve posture. Most importantly, we’ll focus on breathing techniques and meditation tools to relax and renergise new mums and soothe little ones.

This course option works out as £11 a class rather that £13 which is the drop-in price, ensures you have a mat space each week – whether you can then make it or not – and enables you to gift a class to a friend if you know you can’t make it.
